I see the <b>real</b> $$$$ folx w/ credit cards came out to play this past week/weekend. And the rest of us around here just sat back and watched, while skirting the outside as they help finance dreams around here. :swink: lol

Oh, I beg to differ. I think they did better than expected due to the infamous annual pre-spring icestorm.

I think after the next 30 days when the receipts are counted and tallied, it'll show that some nice records were set, considering this was a 1st time event for N-Tx. One small example, the city of Houston hosted one Superbowl gig that drew down ~800,000$. That was a then record for that particular event. The city of Dallas hosted and drew down 1,200,000$.

Even Houston isn't on the landscape when it comes to this area. :emlaugh:

More $$$$$ around dfw than Houston actually gave the 400K$ price margin.
