God Bless Him..... But Those addictions are powerful.. and Although the world is was/is pulling for him... He has to pull for himself.... Until that happens... he ll be back where he was....

Man, that is sooooo true. Just last night, I was watching a previously aired episode of "Intervention." It was the one with Lorna- the former Soul Train dancer and A&R Director for A&M records....this woman had everything- husband making good money, 2 beautiful girls, living in da burbs, kickin it with the famous folks, etc.....she was already doing coke, but she took one hit of crack and it was downhill from there....lost EVERYTHING. Very sad story. :smh:

Where are all those media outlets now who were offering Golden Voice Guy a job a month ago? If they were willing to give Mr. Williams clean clothes, a toothbrush and a position reading ad copy, why aren't those same companies reaching out to help him through rebab?

At the end of it all.. although I am pulling for dude.... he is a "man"....you can't expect no one to sit there with him in rehab if he don't want to be there.... I hope he knows what he is doing and would lead him in a better direction this time..

My heart goes out to his mother....I was so hoping he was ready to rebuild his life....but I now have to admit GR you were right...lawd I think I bit my lip having to say that

Come on folks, it is called an addiction for a reason. I bet yall got one too. Yall just hide it............
