Just seems like we didn't learn from the UAM game. All AAMU is doing is blitzing up the middle, with speed, nd we won't hit them outside to save our lives. We won't let Hollimon, Wilson, and other recievers get outside to pull them out of the middle, opening the doors for Nzewke and others. They want to blitz, toss short passes to the outside and block downfield .... I guarantee that sh-t will stop quick.
Defensively, the blitzing up the middle has to stop. Our LB's and safeties don't have the speed for that and all AAMU is doing is spreading them out and tossing short passes underneath. That's it. The line needs to grow some balls and make a significant push up. Sacks aren't needed, but pressure is. If you are gonna blitz, bring it from someone with speed who can finish the play.
WE make football too hard sometimes.
