Houston Peeps: 24 HR Fitness in the area.

I am going to Houston for the weekend. I wonder what your favorite 24 hour fitness in the Houston area.

I want to get my workout on early Saturday morning then grab some breakfast.
 
I just joined 24hr fitness but will have to wait a few more weeks to work out with a trainer. I had to have my doctor sign a form that says I am fit to work out. Since I haven't seen my doctor in over a year, he wants me to come in and get a new physical. So I have to get blood work done next week then wait a week to see my doctor for the exam. Thats 2 more weeks before I can get my program going with a actual trainer. I am still going to go in and do some work on my own, just gonna go for it and see where it takes me before I get a real program to follow.

I'm in NW Harris County and there are three 24hr fitness centers around me.

What area of town are you going to be staying? What type of work out are you trying to do? If you Central hit me up and we can head to my gym.

Saturday AM, I am hitting back and shoulders, normally my Wednesday workout. I am coming to Houston to take my Xpedition. I work for 24 as a group x instructor, Xpedition is a class that they want all us group x instructors to take. I have two certs in Personal Training. Xpedition will be Sunday in the AM at the 24 on Elgin & Louisiana. I will be taking the cycle class on Sunday, hence the reason that I switched the Wednesday and Saturday routine.

I haven't been to Houston on a social visit since 2004 so I'm looking forward to my visit and breaking my diet rules by hitting Mama Assumptions.

The 24 on Elgin and Louisiana is one of the newest ones in Houston.
 
My goal is to not visit the 24 on Elgin and Louisiana location until Sunday. I want to hit one of the other gyms in the area on Saturday.

As I have discovered in Dallas, newer is not better. I went to one of our new gyms that have a water slide and outdoor pools. I was like this mofo is small as L. Yes, some 24's have water slides.
 
The 24 Fitness at Westheimer and Dairy Ashford, is the social club. Work outs are secondary, hooks up are primary. Bruh, it be so talent up in there..... Black, Latino, Asian, Becky Sue's - All be game and on point! :flippy:

I'm planning on hitting the gym at 8am Saturday morning, doubt if I see some grey ones up there. But who knows.

TruBlu...thanks for the hookup that gym was great.

Delock met me up there and we got our working out on. Delock was dogging me about what I was looking at. He and I were commenting on the talent that was in the Amp'd Abs class. Due to honeys in there, it could be retitled Amp'd Azz!

Way to lookout TruBluJag!!!
