You need to talk to some of ur alums to help them understand this concept. :emlaugh: Some think "big" is what's in. But, if the big'un isn't physically strong and AGILE, it does no good. I really dig our "skinny" linemen. :D

Carry on and I have no dog in this hunt. I'm just watching our list of recruits coming in. :) BTW, I think some need to worry about our redshirt class from last year. :read: I think we had 22 or so impressives that will be available. :read:

I could be wrong but I think we had 25 coming in last year this time and 3 actually played this past fall. :read: The entire class (almost) was red-shirted. I cannot say what I want to say out here but I think everyone will be greatly impressed this fall w/ what we offer. :swink: lol

Where's y'all recruiting list @? I'd like to read up. We're only lowly doormat PV so our athletic dept is providing the information <b>real-time</b> to our cellys as soon as the papers hit the faxes on campus lol. :emlaugh: :swink:

Our beat writer(we have one of those) is on campus now providing real time updates on the CL blog. Our athletic Dept will release its full list at the end of the day.

That's great for the beat writer but is he gonna' send y'all <b>real-time</b> updates to your mobile devices instead of y'all having to proactively lol go out and hit the refresh on your browser to update what you're looking @? :confused:

You had the option to sign up for real time updates on your cell. I didn't chose this option tho - I don't mind waiting.

JSU has had it's own web sports page, beat writer, and real time updates on signing day for years.
Unlike others in this conference, a bandwagon didn't just pull onto our campus last year.
We moved up to private train's and jets years ago. :lol:

QB Te'Shon Burton out of Cali just signed. Kid might be a steal from what i've read about him.

Also got someone named Jordan Arthur - a 6'4 260 TE from Monroe La.
 



I love this signing, Chapman and Burton seem to be the type of guys u want at Quarterback and from what i hear Chapman was a guy we came HARD after....so we got who we wanted,i like to see Thigpen stay at home for the sake of the recruitment of the metro area and would like to see the linebacker from forest hill come to jackson as well....we need some local talent

Good pick up from my old HS. I was hoping SU would sign him. He did have us on his list of schools he was looking at.

Now that Pete is gone.......gotta get Stump to get to homefront and do some more recruiting.:D

I'm actually surprised that Thigpen signed. He and his people had to know that we had already signed 3 QBs. McDonald is going to be Jr and we still have two QBs under Mac who should be either Sophomores or RS-Fr.
