Dude, just in case you didn't know, your team is JUST as sorry as JSU, you just happened to have a better OC. It's not like AAMU is beating the doors off quality teams either. You got waxed by both Grambling and PV, and guess what....you will get waxed again in the SCG.
AJ is winless over the last four games against PV. Make it five after the SCG.

For the record, you don't have a program. You can only beat schools with losing records.

Also, JSU is very consistent with our coaches. I, for one, don't want Comegy fired but if he does not right this ship by 2011, he has to go. I only want Woody fired.

Now I am coming at you without a smacking word is the post.......Your problem was not the offensive coordinator. Mane, the problem is DISCIPLINE! I don't care how talented your players are on a team. If there is no discipline, there will be problems....Plus, Woody and Comegy aired their problems in the press. That is a no no!

Speaking of offensive coordinators.....Do you think Nick Saban is going to allow the offensive coordinator go against the system? "L" No! I saw Comegy bring the same system to Stillman and win because it was the SIAC.....That stuff does not work in the SWAC. Take a look at Texas Southern in the HOBO, if they continue to get Johnnie Cole the players, TSU is going to be "L" in the West.

In the past, teams feared Mighty JSU; however, that is no longer the case.

The defense pretty much played under control. It was the offense that racked up multiple penalties; it was the offense that underachieved; it was the offense that gave games away; it was the offense that flat out sucked and finished dead last in the SWAC in total offense, whereas the defense finished number one in total defense.

Discipline is an issue but we are no less disciplined than any other team in the SWAC. PV averaged 100 yards a game in penalties last year...not sure how many this year. TxSo is very undisciplined right now. So that ain't our problem. In fact, we won with the transfers but are losing with guys who have been in the system for years. So ANOTHER of your theories out the window. Stop listening to the rhetoric.

Also, Comegy does not have an offensive system. Woody runs his own offense. Comegy has no hand or say in it.

So we are suppose to wait until JSU has a good season to play yall? :lol: Man you sound very ingnant. You play the game based on the schedule. If your team is sorry that is your problem. Just so happen that JSU has been sorry since 2000. Losers get a life and realize your days are numbered. You lost 23 out of conference games in the playoffs. You are not a great team.

We r 2-0 vs Central State... you had go back to the 50's to find a school a HBCU that we have a losing record to... LOL The only MEAC teams with a lead on us are Hampton and A&T. We lead or or tied with all others. But more importantly, we own you.

The HOBO is organized chaos that will take away the traditional linebackers.......There is no doubt that Frazier is charge of that program. They are well coached and the program is on the up. You had a quick fix of transfers that sent your program to the dumps of the SWAC.........dope smokers etc.

PS: If the head coach can not control the offensive coordinator. It is not the offensive coordinators fault.......It is the fault of the head coach.....again no discipline.

The Darkside took care of business......I can not deny......Woody was not the head coach........Are you telling me that Woody is the head coach? The players had a players only meeting with Comegy to discuss the play calling...."L" Comegy is at the game too. He know what plays are being called.......Woody is not the problem....The problem is discipline.....

And what kind of tradition has your sorry azz school accrued over the years? Not a damn thing.
How many Hall of fame players? How many SWAC championships over the years? How many NFL players? How many attendance championships?
Even your former president wanted to take your school back to D-2 where you really would be at home.

Dope smoking transfers got us a championship. Still trying to find your point about discipline. Like those BAMAs don't smoke dope. They grow in the pasture at AAMU. That is why ya'll have 7 practice fields.

Also, a HC can run his program how he sees fit. If he trusts his OC and gives him full autonomy to run the offense, that is his decision.

First of all, if you gone post stats at least have the decency and sense to post accurate information. JSU is undefeated against Central State.
You could only name two out of conference schools that we have a losing record against in three or more games. I can name you three dozen teams that we have a winning record against....starting with AAMU. LOL!!
We have a winning record against EVERY school in the MEAC except Hampton and NC A&T, and we had james b*ll when we played them. We have a winning record against every team in the SWAC since 1970 except Grambling.

Now give me AAMU's stats. Don't bother, I'll do it for you. First off, you have a losing record against EVERY team in the MEAC that you've played. You have a losing record against Grambling, JSU, Southern, Tenn. State and you're tied with Bama State. LOL!! You have a losing record against the likes of Benedict, Central State, Fort Benning Recreational Center, Kentucky State, Lane College, Talladega.

If you were expecting to hear something out of the Jackson State athletic department today concerning the future of the football team, nothing has happened as of now.

Haven't been able to get in touch with HC Rick Comegy, but I heard he had a meeting with President Ron Mason today. Word through the sports information department is that Comegy is still in the "evaluation process."

I have a meeting with AD Bob Braddy on Wednesday to talk about the program.

Rumor over the weekend was that any changes wouldn't come before Tuesday, anyway.

We shall see...

Dude, AAMU was winless against JSU up til then, until you managed to squeeze out a fluke one point win. And since you have been D-1AA, you still have sub .500 records against most of those schools I mentioned, even when those schools had overall dismal records.
It took james b*ll happening for you to begin to compete with JSU. You couldn't even beat an equipment manager named Hughes for cryin out loud.

As far as losers are concerned, I'd put our history up against your ragtag history any day of the week.
Even during our worst times, you still struggled against JSU. Put your money where your mouth is and post your history. That's it.....you HAVE none.

Why would a HC trust a horrible OC after 4 years unless he has no clue himself?

Ask your self that.

SU loss to PV (which caused us the SCG) on a fumble in the last 17 seconds inside the 15 down by 2 points....

SU loss last year to PV by a hair....

It was not a dayum FLUKE!!! The game is not over till you see 00:00...

Great teams are able to admit defeat and get better from it...

I am sure the powers that be are nothing like the jsu posters on here... because the excuses some of you dudes come up with.. If the power that be at jsu thought like some of you nutts, BELL would still be there.
