The James Bell Years LOL

So I guess you are saying Walter Payton DIDN'T play modern day football. LOL.

The key word is "around" 1975, give or take a few years. You can even go back to 1972 or so, and it still won't change the fact that JSU football has dominated SU football. Yall need to give Pete another extension just for keeping yall "somewhat" competitive with Mighty JSU over the years. To be frank, I think that's why yall have been giving him extension after extension, even though he hasn't won anything in half a decade.

Minus football, Grambling's athletic program is comparable to that of the old PV program.:smh:

That's just it... you can't take football out of the equation. It's the straw that stirs the drink...in the case of us and yall, it's the foot that stomps the azz!

You're right on that, JRock!

That happens when people try to pretend things never happened.

In 1999, the GSU "World Famed" Tiger Marching Band — along with GSU's female dance troupe, "The Orchesis Dance Company" — was featured in a nationally televised commercial as part of Procter & Gamble's "Tampax Was There" marketing campaign.
