Obama's First Address to Congress

Folks I think we have a winner. Obama has shown he is cleary the best person fit to lead us out of this recession. :tup:
 
Obama knocked it out of the park. If the GOP is counting on Bobby Jindal to be their leader, they are in some major trouble.
 



I thought Obama's speech addressed the key issues that pose the largest concern for us all and he did an excellent job.

Now, I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but didn't Jindal's response support a majority of the comments Obama made? Excluding governmental regulations of spending, there didn't seem to be many contradicting views.

Sounded like he had been studying some of Obama's stomp speeches too!

Anyway, I think the President did a pretty good job in this first major address.
 
Did anyone else hear a Republican pundit on CNN named Steve sumthin, say that all of the money that Obama is spending will put the country in so much debt that has to be paid by our children and that it is abusive to do that to the children and Obama is a child abuser. :xeye:

Damn, I don't get angry at the Republicans anymore. They just pull inflammatory rhetoric out of their asses just to go from the sublime to the ridiculous. :shame: They are so pathetic, I just now :smh: and :lol: at the same time.
