The popular vote is, and has always been, only 1/3 of the selection criteria. So it is very possible to win the popular vote and not be selected to participate...How hard is it to comprehend?

Always have, always will. The SWAC has 2 very capable representatives, and once again will probably be the strongest conference duo in attendance.

Well, I know that first year was some BS when it came to voting. JSU won the popular vote by a landslide but the committee still chose Grambling. I am not sure if they were bringing in two from each conference back then.

Actually TP, we still would've gone but the Boom had already committed to performing at the 2004 Senior Bowl, thats another reason why
