Since 1997, HBCU Sports has been committed to telling the stories of Black college athletics. The HBCU Sports Awards was built on that same commitment; to make sure that athletes, coaches, and administrators who pour everything into HBCU programs are seen, celebrated, and remembered. This is a community-funded, grassroots effort, and every dollar raised goes directly toward making the third annual HBCU Sports Awards on July 25, 2026, the best one yet.
