Since the inception of the branding partnership between NBA legend LeBron James and Florida A&M, the Rattlers have some of the most visually appealing team-exclusive footwear in recent memory.
The FAMU men’s and women’s hoops teams have taken to the hardwood in team-exclusive iterations of LeBron XVIIIs, XIXs, and XXs.
A collaboration with Tallahassee retailer APB gave the public a chance to purchase the FAMU LeBron XX. A Florida A&M branded version of the LeBron VII was released back in February, and on Monday, Nike released official images of another FAMU LeBron VII.
It sports a gorge green suede upper with FAMU logos on the medial ankle with “FAMU RATTLERS” appearing on the tongue. Orange can be seen on the Swooshes that adorn the sides, “LJ23” branding on the lateral ankle, FlyWire cable, and lace loops.
A gorge green midsole, full-length cushioning, and dual-hued rubber outsole complete the aesthetic.
Just as with the aforementioned black pair, the “Gorge Green” FAMU x LeBron VII will see a retail release. However, the date has yet to be announced.
