Southern University head coach Dawson Odums addressed the media about his team’s loss to UAPB in addition to the play of quarterback Ladarius Skelton. Clarence McKinney, head coach at Texas Southern, talked about the Tigers’ disappointing loss to Prairie View A&M in the Labor Day Classic. Jackson State head coach Deion Sanders addressed media members about his team’s win over Grambling State.
