A Hampton basketball player was injured in a Georgia shooting that left one man dead.
Lawrence Bryan, IV, 23, and Ke’Ron Brown, 22, were reportedly shot Friday, according to the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department.
Bryan later died at local hospital. Brown was last listed in stable condition.
Brown, who is listed on the Hampton basketball roster as a guard from Savannah, averaged 4.5 points, 1.4 assists and shot 37 percent from the field in 30 games last season.
The shooting is under investigation, police said.
