Influencer Ashton Hall has gone viral for recently posting a carefully edited video of his daily morning routine.

His more than 9 million social media followers got an intimate look at how he gets his day started.

It all begins with a 3:50 a.m. wake-up call before Hall takes time to meditate, read, journal, and then exercise.

And even before that, he dunks his face in a bowl of ice water to get the blood flowing.

The video currently has more than 6 million likes on Instagram and 100 million views on TikTok.

Most of the comments on the video have not been well received, with commenters criticizing the routine more than praising the discipline.

“When I see vids like this, I think bout how many times it took to start/stop and set up the camera,” wrote X user apegangredi.

Imagine waking up at 3:45am but literally getting nothing done by 9am apart from exercise and eating.

What got me is how it took him 1 whole minute to walk outside pic.twitter.com/PnF5gZPTY5

I’m not saying this doesn’t take discipline. I am a lot more impressed by the dad of 2+ kids, who meal preps on Sunday and gets to the gym 5-6 days a week while working a full-time job. What you showed me here is a dude with no responsibilities rubbing a banana peel on his face.

Hall hasn’t always been a life coach who spends portions of days rubbing banana peels on his face to exfoliate.

In a previous life, Hall was once Hall played running back at Alcorn State University.

Across the 2014 and 2015 seasons, Hall appeared in five games and finished his college career with just eight yards from six rushes.

After college, Hall said he he transformed his physique, became and began working as a personal trainer, the Daily Mail reported.

His original Instagram post has more than 6 million likes, and the video – reposted by ‘Tips for Men’ on X – has amassed more than 554 million views in just three days.
