The Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions football team has added a big boost to their pass offense in the form of Grambling State wide receiver Claude Coleman.
Coleman comes to UAPB with two years of eligibility remaining after receiving an offer from Tennessee- Martin.
In nine games with Grambling State this past season, Coleman recorded 13 receptions for 237 yards and one touchdown.

His best game came in a matchup against Bethune-Cookman, catching five passes for 72 yards.
Last season, UAPB ranked at the bottom of the SWAC with just eight passing touchdowns. Three of their receiving touchdowns were caught by RaeQuan Prince, who entered the transfer portal this offseason.
In addition, the Golden Lions also lost their leading Kayvon Britten to the transfer portal and are searching for a starting quarterback to replace Skyler Perry.
