The Washington Commanders are set to host a Pro Day on Tuesday featuring some of the best draft-eligible players who were not invited to the NFL Combine.
Among those participating will be Bowie State defensive lineman Joshua Pryor.
Pryor had a storied career with the Bulldogs, finishing with 245 total tackles, 77 tackles for loss, 32 sacks, three pass breakups, five fumble recoveries, and four forced fumbles.
Joshua Pryor, an edge rusher out of Bowie State and the CIAA defensive player of the year, was invited to the Commanders’ local pro day on April 11, per source.

He was selected to two All-CIAA first teams and an All-CIAA second team. He was named the CIAA Defensive Player of the Year this past season.
The Bulldogs’ defender played a huge role on a Bowie State team that won three straight CIAA championships from 2018-2021 along with being named the team’s Defensive MVP in 2019.
Pryor had a big performance in the HBCU Legacy Bowl, recording seven tackles, three tackles for loss, and two sacks.
