Former Alabama A&M forward Dariauna Lewis is aiming to etch her name in HBCU women’s basketball history as she has declared for the WNBA draft.
Lewis’ college journey began in 2019, playing at Missouri State for a season before transferring to Alabama A&M the following year.
The former Bulldog had great success with Alabama A&M, averaging 16.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks in three seasons with the team.
Lewis was named to the All-SWAC team in each of her three seasons, including a 2021 season in which she led the SWAC in scoring and rebounding.
