Savage was the 15th ranked outside linebacker in the class of 2020, according to 247 Sports. The 6-foot-2, 225-pound athlete initially committed to Michigan out of St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. He previously held offers from Maryland, Michigan State, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, West Virginia.
He entered the NCAA transfer portal in September.
Savage, who did not play a single down at Michigan, has four full years of eligibility remaining in his collegiate career.
