Bethune-Cookman 73, Morgan State 69 (OT)

BALTIMORE, Md. — Amaya Scott scored a career-high 23 points as Bethune-Cookman posted a 73-69 overtime victory over Morgan State in Hill Field House on Saturday afternoon.

Coppin State 73, Florida A&M 53

BALTIMORE, Md. — Chance Graham’s 11th double-double (13 points, 22 rebounds) and Brooke Fields’ 25 points fronted the charge for Coppin State, as it coasted to a 73-53 home victory over Florida A&M on Saturday afternoon.

Howard 78, Delaware State 62

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sarah Edmond led four Howard players in double figures with 20 points on Saturday, as the Bison upended Delaware State 78-62 in Burr Gymnasium.

Maryland Eastern Shore 59, Norfolk State 43

NORFOLK, Va. — Dominique Walker came off the bench to score 16 points on Saturday as Maryland Eastern Shore handed Norfolk State its first MEAC loss of the season, 59-43 in Echols Hall.

North Carolina A&T State 52, North Carolina Central 49

DURHAM, N.C. — North Carolina A&T State has figured out one simple concept in MEAC play thus far this season. If they can’t score, they can’t win. Despite not shooting well from the floor and the free throw line late in the game, the Aggies held on for a 52-49 win over archrival North Carolina Central in McDougald-McLendon Arena Saturday afternoon.

South Carolina State 71, Savannah State 60

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Taylor Brown had 18 points to lead four South Carolina State players in double figures, while grabbing nine rebounds, in the Lady Bulldogs’ 71-60 win over Savannah State in Tiger Arena on Saturday.
