No matter what you call it, the annual rivalry between Alcorn State and Jackson State is intense.
But due to the playoff-like –- win or go home — scenario both teams faced entering this game, the intensity level was at a fever pitch.
Alcorn State secured the win to represent the SWAC East and host the SWAC Championship football game on Dec. 1.
