Job security ratings of SIAC football coaches entering 2018 season (with gifs)

The SIAC has been historically one of the most competitive HBCU football conferences in America, and 2017 was no different.

Six of the 10 teams lost two or fewer games in league play, with Tuskegee moving through the league with an unbeaten regular season record against SIAC foes.

With there not being much difference in talent throughout the conference, it really turns up the pressure on coaches to be in a constant stage of growth an improvement.

Or else.

The SIAC head football coaches are ranked (in no particular order) based on job security heading into the 2018 season:
