Fayetteville, N.C. – The Johnson C. Smith men’s basketball erased a six point halftime deficit and outscored Fayetteville State 13-7 in overtime to take a 91-85 CIAA road win at the Capel Arena on Saturday afternoon.
JCSU had six players score in double figures and were led by junior Stedmon Lemon’s (Lithonia, Ga.), 24 points.
Other JCSU players in double figures include Robert Davis, III (West Friendship, Md.) with 15, Emilio Parks (Ashtabula, Ohio) with 14, Joshua Linson (San Antonio, Tex.) and Diondre Pratt (Morven, N.C.) both finished with 11.
Rounding out the double figure scorers was Markell Lotharp (Marshville, N.C.) with 10 points.
