The 2014 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Football Media Day is scheduled to take place Thursday, July 24 at 11:30 a.m. in Durham, North Carolina at the Durham Convention Center.

Head coaches and 22 select returning student-athletes will be interviewed by Stan Lewter (CIAA TV). The media will be able to conduct one-on-one sessions following the program. The CIAA will reveal the predicted order of finish for each division and the entire conference, in addition to the All-CIAA preseason offensive and defensive teams.

The schedule is as follows:

11 a.m. – Doors open
11:30 a.m. – Welcoming
11:45 a.m. – Invocation and Lunch
12:30 p.m. – Program
3 p.m. – Conclusion

“The CIAA’s Football Media Day is a long-standing tradition and provides unprecedented access to the schools’ coaching staff and top student-athletes.” said Commissioner Jacqie McWilliams – CIAA.

The CIAA football season kicks off Thursday, September 4, 2014 when Livingstone travels to Millersville and The Lincoln University faces Cheyney University.
