MONTGOMERY – Alabama State senior free safety Kejuan Riley has added to his 2012 preseason honors, as he was named to the College Sporting News FCS Preseason All-American Football Team.
Riley (6-2, 208, SR, Wetumkpa, Ala.), a 2012 First-Team Preseason All-SWAC selection and an FCS Preseason All-American, was a consensus All-American selection in 2011 in earning first-team All-SWAC honors. He recorded career highs in tackles (75) and interceptions (nine), while tying a career-high in passes defended with 13.
Riley’s nine interceptions ranked second in the FCS this season and his 17 career interceptions are tied for the most in ASU history.
