The Grambling community and the entire SWAC family are mourning the loss of a longtime colleague and friend, Roderick Mosley.
Mosley was the sports information contact for the Tigers and a graduate of Southern University. He also served as the sports information director at Mississippi Valley State in the conference. Mosley was 38 and leaves behind a wife and three children.
Funeral services have been set for Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the Elm Grove Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, La. The service is set for 11:00 a.m.

A viewing is set for Wednesday, September 28 from 5-8 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Dessell Funeral Home, 263 Eddie Robinson, Sr. Drive, Baton Rouge, La. 70802.

this is my brother i miss him dearly and there will be no viewing that has been canceled by the other half of the family but the service is still the same . Roderick well i know u wont have to suffer no more with this world i love you and i will always cherish our memories and will always love u deeply . You will always be a part of me even in death nothing cn seperate the love of us . To the entire Mosley Family, Your loss is heaven gain, Roderick and I worked together at Grambling we really had some good times. To Key as Roderick would always call her you were as sweet as Roderick when I met you.
