PINE BLUFF, Ark.- The Prairie View A&M Panthers captured a three-game series against the Arkansas Pine Bluff Golden Lions winning the third and deciding contest by the score of 18-12.
The Panthers defeated UAPB 8-2 in game one before dropping game two of the series 9-5 on Saturday, April 5th.
Charlie Aceto and Wrandal Taylor were each credited with victories over the weekend as they both contributed quality outings against the Golden Lions.
The Panthers will now get set to face the Houston Baptist Huskies on the road on Tuesday, April 8th before traveling to Louisiana to face the Grambling State Tigers in a three-game series on Saturday, April 12th and Sunday, April 13th.
