This will basically give the big boys a way to be able to broker deals for players. It'll basically end up allowing schools to indirectly pay athletes without them being employees. Will make it even more rough for those without P4 money. Also shows the NCAA knows that the P2 don't need them and they're afraid of losing their money. They have no choice but to try to appease them at this point.
