Windows XP


XP is real cool but right now there is a limited amount of drivers provided for add on accessories. I actually was on the Microsoft test group and if you have old cameras or other components the drivers may be incompatible.
 



I think XP works better with newer computers. I had problems with windows 2000 because I have a gateway and had to download s-ware patches to correct a few driver problems I had. If you go to www.google.com you can find simular applications for your particular pc.
 
My bad Dirty. I guess I was not paying attention. I was working with XP about 6 months before the actual release date.
 
It's all good.. It took me a couple hours but I got all my hardware working...
 
This is the <b>worstest</b> case of brainwashing I've ever seen... Using an OS that runs on top of another OS to do it's job... :(

Just.... Plain..... Sad... :(

Look Mane.. we actually have things to do on our computers.. if all I had to do was email and stuff, Linux would be fine... I have tried Mandrake and Corel, but they weren't about SHAT!!! XP is the OS for the serious computer user... Get that PROFESSIONAL if you can cause the HOME is nothing but ME on steroids...

Look mane, don't brainwash ery'body up in here w/ that <b>serious computer user's OS is ME/XP/XPprof/...</b> :D

The <b>SERIOUS</b> computer user's OS is Linux. "L", you can even run ME/XP/XPprof/NT/Win98/Win95/Win3.1 ( :emlaugh: )/... from a Linux enviro.

Say it w/ me, Mandrake is your friend. Microbalk is our enemy! LOL
