And he's done it with low fan attendance at home games.........not his fault!
I guess it means more if you do it in another conference? He's done a nice job & credit to TSU for sticking with him instead of flipping coaches every 2 or 3 years I guess.

Eddie has helped Tennessee State increase the program's win total every year and won a share of a conference title in a league that sent multiple teams, including TSU, to the FCS playoffs.

That being said, George is what happens when you give a coach 4-5 years to build a program. A damn good job at building up TnSU to a ranked, competitive program

To do what he has done in such a short time is amazing.
Programs like Gram are on its 3rd coach since George was there & are going in a different direction. Rare that you get that type patience anymore..
He built it with good recruiting and development without throwing the players he inherited out when he got there.
