Hey pushing back from the table and hitting the Y everynight is helping the kid regain that college form. I'm shooting for the Tiger woods look. 6'0' 185 lbs.

May not make it but I'm trying. We want get into the current weight. Up 40 since college. :read:

Aiming for 6'1" 200 lbs. - 215 lbs. Go git um Tiger :tup:

What EXACTLY did you eat? And did you exercise? I know men can lose weight faster than women, but dayum.
 
Stop the bar-b-queing, no red meat at all, never drank dark sodas (actually barely any type), realizing when I'm full and stopping, water through out the day, and stop eating after 6pm and if I did slip the meal would be a chicken salad.


I won't go back to exercising until I meet my desire weight, but I do walk.
 
Man I have never eaten fish and now I'm eating a few like talapia and some samon. I gave up the red meat also and if I grill it's all chicken. I've lost 10 lbs in three weeks since I started and joined the Y. I cut out cokes which I love too. I may treat myself superbowl sunday. Maybe not.

Don't forget the eight glasses of water! 185lbs is my goal also, seems like I'm stuck at 200 lbs and I'm only 5'10''.
