In light of the way the Pittsburgh Steelers undeservedly STOLE the SuperBowl from the poor Seattle Seahawks by way of SWAC like officiating, a Washington congressman has introduced legislation to have the NFL franchise change its name to the Pittsburgh StEAlers.
He was quoted as saying, "if that franchise has any pride, they will turn that trophy back into the league office to hold in escrow until they win a Superbowl game they actually deserve."

The Bill is now in the Competition Ways and Means Committee.
