The State of North Carolina= Good Athletics

There is hardly another place in the country that can compare to the State of North Carolina Basketball. The Tarheel state really runs this NCAA thing. Thats why the MEAC going to be ontop once WSSU and NCCU make there entrance into Div-IAA. North Carolina presence is greatly need for there success. State of North Carolina=good basketball!

How many of UNC's players are from North Carolina?

There's only 4 from the state but you can't hold that against them. Carolina has always had a quality program as well as NC State, Duke and Wake. The Heels' basketball team had the highest academic standings in all of D1 basketball this season and they all usually graduate. I remember when Stackhouse and Vince Carter left for the NBA and came back to UNC two years later and finished their bach's. :tup:
