These Red states have been doing what they want to this month. Laws and courts mean nothing at this point.
On top of the pardon...they giving him everything back, including his carry permit and possibly even expunging his record.
No real reason for doing it other than a prominent conservative group petitioned the governor for it to happen.
It is about to get really wild out here in America. Racial tension is about to be off the chain.
