Reggie Bush is getting his Heisman back

Just because the rules changed doesn't mean that he and his family are exonerated. It was against the rules at the time.
Are they gonna exonerate all the other athletes they penalized when it was illegal?

Us being exonerated from anything is a blessing. Not sure if they will exonerate all athletes. However, this is a start.

Reggie never should have had it taken from him in the first place. What his parents did had nothing to do with his on-field performance.

It's what he was doing on the field that got them what they did at the time he and they were doing it.

I actually agree with you, but he knew the rules and he violated them. The thing is if he kept his word and paid the man once he got in the NFL no one would known. I think the NCAA and other awards should not punish or take away awards because they actually put in the effort for those awards, but they should still get penalize for breaking the rules like lose of eligibility for the following year and have to be away the university from a number of years (which Reggie did do).
