Interesting, it seems from the video their economy took a significant hit it has never recovered from. Small cities like Pine Bluff will always be in a precarious position if they can't find a way to grow beyond two or three major employers.

True! Seems like the companies leaving caused a lot of people to suffer, hence the city suffered. Also white flight.
