Lennard Patton was Grambling State's defensive player of the year in 2003 before sitting out last season with academic problems.
GRAMBLING ? Lennard Patton is getting one more chance to get it right.

"It was hard. I've never been through anything like that," Patton said, as Monday practice wrapped up. "I learned my lesson. I'm doing what I should have been doing from the start. It felt good to hit somebody. It felt good just to see my helmet and pads in the locker.".......
