We told him to file for joint custody and quit acting like a bytch!! :shame:
What's that going to do? I think folks get joint custody confused. That means nothing in terms of support. There is almost always a primary residence regardless.
The word "joint" only gives him power to make decisions on his childs behalf when the child is with him, requires the primary custodian to give him notice on major decisions, and requires certain things in terms of residency.
Basically.... yo boy STILL gotta pay the same amount regardless! LOL
