Mississippi Valley State, Headed to the MEAC

she came from there - temporary most likely until there are enough teams from the south to participate
Oh we know.

She's gonna end getting run outta Itta Bena with Briggs and his bussy buddies. Got ran outta Delaware State for being incompetent and now she's at Valley being incompetent as well. Being buddy buddy with Ford-Kee ain't helping her and phasing out the Devilettes mascot will be her death knell

what league is Bama State playing in?

So "leadership" eliminated soccer to join an East coast conference in a sport not sponsored by the SWAC adding more travel
I figure it'll be like those 7 on 7 leagues that will play multiple games on a few weekends throughout the season that will save on travel since they not playing like a regular men's football team week to week.

I figured they would be the ones going there for a league but they may just play like club teams in the local area.

Alabama State did that with a couple of trips to FL as well as the West Coast

If Valley has a similar schedule, it's even more fuel to the fire (with 1/4 the budget of ASU)

Soccer had a regional OOC schedule with a biannual Texas 2 step as the farthest trip

Even if they meet up somewhere on the East Coast, that is farther than TxSU and PV (and that's not including the OOC schedule)

I saw what you did with the subject of this thread Fiyah.. 😂

Damn, damn, damn!

Makes absolutely no sense.
In the grand scheme of things, you are 100% right (and it's for the reasons I already stated)

Howard was in the SWAC as an associate member in soccer. When the NEC called, they joined with no issues

Have no problem with the move itself

However, it's how flag football came about and the subsequent schedule that will no doubt have more travel than the soccer team that raises 🚩🚩🚩
