Yep...................But either way it's going to end.
That's a good thang.

If guilty....................He's out.
If they find him not guilty...................Then people gonna get what they begged for.

A Mayor that answers to nobody and it's gonna cost us dearly one day.

I'm wondering why the prosecution didn't call someone knowledgeable in the demolition process to outline the proper procedure to demolish a building. I'ma have to ask Stan about that. The defense's defense is since it was a crack house, Frank could just tear it up.

FINALLY!!! Even if it's on cross examination, it's good that the DA got into the process for demolishing houses.

The jury has been deliberating for more than two hours in the felony trial of Jackson Mayor Frank Melton and his former bodyguards, Michael Recio and Marcus Wright.

The jury received the case about 12:45 p.m.

During closing arguments of Melton?s lead attorney Dale Danks Jr., spectators applauded in the courtroom. Judge Joe Webster searched for his gavel to cut it off, but couldn?t find it.

Melton?s lead defense attorney, Dale Danks Jr., told jurors the ?real victims? were people who live near the duplex. People whom Danks said have had to put up with ongoing drug activity.

?(Melton) is on trial for trying to get rid of drugs. That?s an injustice,? he said. ?The wrong people are defendants in this case. The wrong people were indicted. The wrong people were brought to trial.

?You can do something about that. You can help,? he said directly to the jurors. Raucous applause punctuated the end of his arguments.

Yeah, a raucous applause by those who are on Melton's payroll. If he goes, they more than likely will lose their plush jobs in Jackson.
They have to be sitting on pins and needles and scared as hell and deservedly so.:scared: :scared:

I was outside the Clarion Ledger a few minutes ago.
Some young wanna bee's just said "Don't tell us shat about no law.
He can get away with it, we gonna get away with it
".

Hope these "He broke the law but it's ok" crit's are happy now.
I gonna sit back and watch these dumb negro's drown themselves cause this fool is gonna go off now.

These mofo's on tv saying they don't care if he broke the law. :xeye:

NOT GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:jump: :jump: :jump:

he broke the law...............Now go arrest LAWBREAKERS.

Negro's will fall for anything.
OH Well................... Jacktown just went further down the crapper.
I see why people call this city dumb.

Exactly. This is beyond sad. No reasonable person can say Frank was within his rights to do what he did.

have you been watching his supporter's on the news all week?
They on there admitting he broke the law but they don't care.

They had PICTURES..........CLEAR AS HELL........ of this mofo tearing that house apart and these dumb clown's gave them a clean sweep victory.
This collective city is dumb as hell.

Now watch all these crit's run to the church with them same foolish preachers to pray for him to catch LAW BREAKERS.

Stag, you can say what you want but there are no laws for murderers, rapists and drug dealers in my book. For example, if a man or woman murdered an innocent person and facts or witnesses are present that state they did it........kill the mofo. Save my tax dollars but send that mofo to his or her maker.

That's a copt-out. Frank didn't make not one felony arrest when he ransacked that house. He didn't find any drugs in the house. All he did was get drunk and comman some little thugs to ransack a house. That's all. You don't find it the least bit strange that he's had those same murderers, rapists and drug dealers you speak of in HIS HOUSE and on the CITY's PAYROLL??

BTW, the LAW use to state that black people were 3/4 of a human and it also supported slavery. I guess the slaves that ran from slavery broke the law as well.

I don't agree with how Frank destroyed the house, however I do agree the house deserved to be demolished. If a home is labeled a crack house then there shouldn't be a law that supports a crack house......its simple.

Squash it dude.

How you gonna tell these young wanna-bee's to follow a damm law now?

What you gonna say now..................Frank did wrong, got off, now go arrest everybody else.

Kill all that crap.
My people..................:shame: ..................Must we live ignorant and two-faced all our lives. :shame:

Forget it man.
These people have the nerve to say it's ok for him to break the law and then tell him to go out and arrest lawbreakers.

This city deserves what it has gotten.:vomit:

And that's even more determined young thug's who really ain't gonna hear that "Follow the law" shat now.
