How often do you workout? Are you taking Care of yourself?


5 days per week; some Saturdays
Mon, Wed, Fri - warm-up, weights, stretch
Tues, Thurs - warm-up, abs, cardio, stretch

I may do cardio on Saturday.

I always rest on Sunday.

At least 4-5 days a week. Light cardio on each day. Since moving, I've slacked, but I got a temporary membership until I close on my crib to maintain. :tup:
 
I go to the gym twice a week and am now walking at least two more days a week. I work on the weights and cardio when I am at the gym.

As for my eating I am eating more salad and tuna fish. In the last two years I have greatly cut down on the McDonald's, Burger King and Krystal hamburgers. I have cut down on the Kentucky Fried, Church's and Popeye's chicken too. This is what I should have been doing when I was walking a lot in grad school.
