How can I get to the "User Community" link to look up a member of the board?

You will see on the top right there is a search feature to look up members.

I think he was also saying that he can't click on the community tab because the ads are so close to it, that he actually ends up clicking the ad. You may need to look at moving that ad field box down some to give some space between it and all the tabs in the field above it.
