I will never help a black person that voted for Trump. If I know you supported him there is nothing I will do to help you. period!I got a serious question for you all. Is it okay to not give a damn about people long as you're not the one personally hurting them? It seems that is what I'm hearing since trump won, and I think people mean what they are saying.

^^^That was worth reading twice, thanks!^^^I think many people, rightfully so, are concerned about the uncertainty of what the future will look like under a Trump presidency. As a result, many people are in a conservative, self preservation mode until things are clearer. I believe knowledge is a form of capital. People that are rational and have mastered the art of discernment normally weigh whether the person hurting is worth extending the mental/knowledge capital without losing anything personally/spiritually or financially in uncertain times. One of the traits of discernment is knowing you’re not capable of saving the world and personal mental well being takes precedence over everything. Lastly, I will say many people hurt and perish due to the lack of knowledge and it shouldn’t be taken for granted.
JROCK, I agree with your post, good content,,, I am also going to agree with CEE DOG, on not helping black voters/supporters.I think many people, rightfully so, are concerned about the uncertainty of what the future will look like under a Trump presidency. Took me a long time to understand the part in bold and I still struggle with the desire to help.I think many people, rightfully so, are concerned about the uncertainty of what the future will look like under a Trump presidency. I finally got around to it. My immediate and simple question is at one point has any group of people been our ally? Just because people find common ground with us doesn't mean they are our friends/ally. At best, politically, there has been loose coalitions of convenience between black folks and others. To see it as anymore than that is to set yourself up for the frustration currently being felt.View: https://youtu.be/2-riSPJ8e_c?si=5mV7LbcammHVaqWY

He sums up the frustration of black folks with so-called allies.
