Gas Relief........

No people, I'm not talking about my farting problem.

According to the USA Today, depending on where you live, around the middle of next week, gasoline prices will take a big dive, and some may actually experience regular gasoline as cheap as .90 per gallon.

Thanks to a risky gamble by OPEC (actually a phugg up), gas is down to $16-$17 a barrell, a far cry from the $30 a barrell in the summer, and in early September.

The article also says, that in some area's it could be as low as .69 a gallon around Christmas, with prices not going up to what you see now until Memorial Day rolls around.

The article is on the front page of the Money section, in Today's USA Today.

I'ma be liking this !!!!!!!

The Shell Station down the street is down to $0.99 a gallon. $1.19 for premium.

I've got about 11-12 gas stations within a mile radius of me, so I'm getting the lowest bidder !!

When I was driving to Houston last weekend, I stopped in Jennings, LA and got some for .93 a gallon. I wish I would have had some jugs with me to get even more to use this week.

Hmmmmmmmm.....I wonder does this decrease in gas prices affect us up north???

I filled up this morning on my way to work......

Regular- $1.09
Mid-grade- $1.28
Premium- $1.37

Considerably lower than the 1.89$-2.50. we were paying from the summer.....but it's still higher than what ya'll talking about.....

(Mane, I wish I were back in the South.... Things aren't only simpler.....but cheaper as well!!!!)

.88!!!! Mane they still rippin' us off up here!!!!

Yeah I filled up with my Walmart Save you card for .90 cents. You will get .03 off per gallon, I don't mind pre-paying my weekly gasoline budget.

Out here, the lowest that I have seen is $1.13 for regular and that is at one of the cheaper stations. The average seems to be about that. I just saw three of the same stations, about 2 miles apart have three different prices for regular. I average 150-160 per half tank, depending on my driving and thats in a good sized truck. When the prices do rise, I will not be in shock, I paid a lot before but I am glad for the break.
