Man, being one who works around ordnance, I have complained about our safety folks and all the "stupid" classes and certs we have to take and precautions like wearing conductive shows to mitigate static electricity.
After seeing these stories, I don't think I'll complain next time I have to renew my certs. I can almost bet you my next paycheck that these explosions where caused by something simple that could have easily been avoided by following strick rules and ordnance handling procedures. :smh:
