The city of B'ham has to get on the ball. With the city of Montgomery becoming the second largest city and building up it's waterfront, B'ham has to have a major goal. The "dome" alone won't get it. It's been atleast 12-15 years since a major high-rise has been built there. Im not knocking B'ham, but it must step forward.
