JAGUARS - The team liked free-agent cornerback Chris Brown so much it signed him twice. Actually, Jacksonville signed two Chris Browns, one from UAB and the other from Grambling, as part of an 11-player group of free-agent rookies. One is 6-foot-1, 195 pounds, the other 6-1, 193, and they play the same position. UAB's Brown is 24 and Grambling's Brown 23.
