For those in Texas,
Loans available for new purchase / refinance in Texas with you picking your month to month interest rate! Rates will start at 1.95% and go to your fully indexed rate around 6%. You actually pick which interest rate within that range that you pay month to month.
EX.
1) If you're paid off of commissions and have a slow month, you can option to pay the 1.95% for that month's mortgage payment.
2) If you want to save extra money for Christmas, you can pay the 1.95% interest rate for the next 3 months to save up for x-mas cash.
3) Or, you can invest the saved money or etc...
