I expected Davis to be a much better qb than he turned out to be in SWAC play.

An undersized athlete (under 6 feet tall) that is playing QB. I would rather have Jones at BCU than him because at least he has shown that he can be decent if given the right OC and can be dependable at QB.

He got hype based on what he did in high school honestly and folks assumed it would automatically carry over to the swac - he wasn't consistent from game 1 and it carried over
