I thought the State of Mississippi owns it but jsu is the administrator and operator of the facility/
Not sure how you own something that you don't fund.

But arn't y'all constantly requesting funds from the state for upkeep? Not sure how you own something that you don't fund.
My point exactly. You don’t know shit. Don’t even know who operates your own facility to keep it locked up![]()

The metric I input was schools that played their home football games a mile or greater from their campus, and do not own the stadium. If any of those schools don't have first right of refusal to game dates they are in the same shape as my TSU.So how many of the schools listed below are in the shape Texas Southern is in....is it true that Texas Southern is searching for a field?

Yea The Vet is a snaggy tooth stadium now.Yeah JSU owns the Vet
Their problem isn't owning the stadium. It's upkeep and Mississippi refusing to build them a new stadium. It would probably cost over $100 million to modernize the Vet (including repairing the closed section) and the state ain't doing that. But we know UMMC wants that real estate the Vet sits on so JSU can afford to wait it out (my concern is that the stadium is deemed dangerous like Rice-Totten was in 2010 and they are stuck without a stadium until the Vet is totally repaired).

I'm not sure what you heard, but some home games had to be moved to other venues due to scheduling conflicts with Houston Dynamo FC. They have the first right of refusal for game dates at Shell Energy Stadium.
Space more than anything.Honestly I don't have a problem with Texas Southern using the Dynamo's stadium. My concern is what the problem with Texas Southern building stadium? Money...space...etc...
