So is JSU still the defending SWAC Champions now they are practically out of contention for defending it?

People keep saying this is a rebounding year for TC but I feel like in my spirit TC is gonna bring JSU back down to its usual sloppy inconsistent football. But at least ya'll will have a winning season ... a sloppy winning season but a winning season none the less. In sports nobody remembers who came in second place

Thank you fellow SWAC brethren. See, one thing everyone but JSU has in this conference is class and humility. We did this for the SWAC tonight. Good luck the rest of the year fellas

First, Alabama State's players had been undisciplined throughout the ENTIRE game and everyone who was there saw it. Also, NOW everybody has a bad memory. If I remember correctly Maynor trolled JSU CONSTANTLY in the media when Deion was the head coach saying to get more 5 stars or the lame joke about Deion and his scooter after his surgery, which is WHY they gave him a pink scooter when we won. Or in the spring of 2021 when Alabama State won and they put Deion's picture on their big screen. I'm no Deion fan AT ALL but I certainly have a very good memory. lol

Seems like y'all would be trying to win a chip instead of just one game because your feelings were hurt. Y'all won a game, and then planted a flag like y'all just got a ticket to the championship game. That's classy.
